Isaiah 28:22

So now, do not mock, or your shackles will become heavier. Indeed, I have heard from the Lord God of Hosts a decree of destruction against the whole land.

Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord God of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.

Now therefore don’t be scoffers, lest your bonds be made strong; for I have heard a decree of destruction from the Lord, God of Armies, on the whole earth.

Note When rendered in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, “Lord” or “God” is the translation of God’s Proper Name (Hebrew “יהוה”, usually pronounced Yahweh).
