Matthew 1:10

Hezekiah was the father of Manasseh, Manasseh the father of Amon, Amon the father of Josiah,

Note Greek Amōs, a variant spelling of Amon; twice in this verse; see 1 Chronicles 3:14.

And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon; and Amon begat Josias;

Hezekiah became the father of Manasseh. Manasseh became the father of Amon. Amon became the father of Josiah.
